Privacy Policy
This site collects device, browsing and contact information, and uses advertising and analytics technologies — including the Meta Pixel and visitor-identification tools that can resolve anonymous traffic to a person or household — to measure and target ads. California residents can request access, correction, deletion, and opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

| Sale/sharing of personal information | We do not sell personal information for money. We do share identifiers and activity with advertising partners in ways that count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. |
What information do we collect?
- Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone number, and anything you write when you text, call, book a call, register for training, or buy a program. Payments and registrations happen on third-party platforms; we receive order and contact details, never full card numbers.
- Automatically collected information
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, scroll and click activity, and the ad or link that brought you here.
- Identifiers from advertising and identity-resolution tools
- Cookie IDs, pixel and click identifiers (for example Meta's fbp and fbclid values), hashed email addresses, and — where our identity-resolution provider is able to match your device or IP to its own database — a name, postal address, business affiliation or email address for a visitor who never filled in a form.
- Inferences
- Interest, intent and audience-segment inferences built from the activity above, used to decide which ads and follow-up messages you see.
Do you track anonymous visitors and identify them?
Yes. In addition to standard analytics, this site runs the Meta Pixel and a visitor-identification (identity resolution) script. These technologies attempt to recognize returning devices and, in some cases, match a visit to an individual or household profile held by a third-party data provider — even if you never submitted a form. That resolved information may be used to retarget you with ads, add you to advertising audiences, or follow up about a product you looked at. If you do not want this, use the opt-out choices below before browsing further, or leave the site.
Which tracking technologies are used?
| Meta Pixel & Conversions API | Measures ad results, builds custom and lookalike audiences, and retargets visitors on Facebook and Instagram. May receive hashed email addresses and event data such as page views, leads and purchases. |
|---|---|
| Visitor identification | Attempts to resolve anonymous visits to a person, household or company using device, IP and cookie signals matched against third-party data. |
| Analytics | Aggregate traffic, source and behavior reporting used to improve the site. |
| Other ad platforms | Tags from platforms such as Google, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn may be present when we run campaigns there. |
| Email and SMS tools | Open, click and reply tracking for messages you have asked to receive, plus delivery logs. |
How is the information used?
- Running, measuring and optimizing paid advertising on Meta and other platforms.
- Retargeting visitors and building similar-audience lists.
- Responding to texts, calls, bookings and program questions.
- Delivering training, program access, receipts and customer support.
- Sending marketing email and SMS to people who requested it, with opt-out in every message.
- Preventing fraud and abuse, meeting legal obligations, and enforcing our terms.
Who do you share it with?
Advertising platforms (including Meta), our identity-resolution and analytics providers, email/SMS and CRM tools, course and checkout platforms, payment processors, and professional advisers — each only for the purposes described here. We also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly collect or share information about anyone under 16.
What are your rights under the CCPA and CPRA?
