Using this site means you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, stop using the site. We may revise these terms at any time; continued use after a revision is posted is acceptance of the new version. What can you do with the content?

Articles, videos, frameworks, templates, prompts and ad examples on this site are protected by copyright and trademark. You may read, print and apply them inside your own business or on behalf of your own clients. You may not resell, republish, relicense, feed them into a product that competes with ours, or present them as your own training material.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, crawling or bulk copying beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
• No attempts to break, probe or overload the site or its hosting.
• No uploading malware or using the site to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages.
• No use of our name, likeness, voice, AI clone or brand marks to imply endorsement without written permission.
• No unlawful use, including advertising claims that violate the rules of Meta or any other platform.

Purchases, billing and refunds

Programs and trainings are sold and delivered through third-party checkout and course platforms. The terms, payment plan, access period and refund policy shown at checkout govern that purchase and control if they conflict with this page. Payment-plan installments continue until the plan is complete, and chargebacks filed instead of a support request may end your access.

AI-generated content

Our training covers AI clones, synthetic voice and AI video. You are solely responsible for what you generate: get consent for any likeness or voice you clone, disclose synthetic media where the law or platform requires it, and check ownership of anything produced with third-party AI tools. AI output can be inaccurate — verify before you publish or spend money on it.

Third-party links and platforms

This site links to outside properties such as training registration, checkout, booking and social profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost ad spend, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Indemnity, termination and disputes

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the site, your advertising, or your AI-generated content. We may suspend or end your access for any breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts serving Clark County, Nevada. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
